|Provide on-site engineering support to UK & Ireland ASM AS SMT customers.|
Provide 1st line telephone support and technical assistance to UK & Ireland ASM AS SMT customers
Ensure customers are educated to use correct maintenance practices on SIPLACE and / or DEK machines.
|Handle the customer complaints and OTB issues as required.|
|Have an excellent technical knowledge of a wide range of DEK products and excellent knowledge of selected SIPLACE HW and SW products .|
|Needs to have the ability to understand and communicate with regional customers in a professional manner|
|Able to work and follow systems and procedures in a logical and systematic manner.|
|Able to share own expertise, provide guidance and support to other team members.|
|Good organisational skills, able to achieve goals/objectives as an individual and in a team environment.|
|Able to delegate tasks when required.|
